Once we decide to work together, we will ask you for a non-refundable proposal fee that will, should you accept our proposal, be credited to the amount owed for your personalized journey.

We develop a personalized proposal for you, based on what you have told us about what you most want to experience, see, and do. Let us find for you little, out-of-the way places that bring a culture alive. Let us find you local guides who know and love their homeland and want you to love it too. Let us place you in that little hotel tucked away from the maddening crowds where you can relax and enjoy your stay and get to know some of the people who animate your neighborhood. Let us introduce you to typical restaurants that excel in local cuisine and present it with pride. Or we can involve you in hands-on activities that illuminate the local way of life and customs.
Our personal relationships across our areas of expertise--with drivers, guides, crafts people, boutique hotel owners, restauranteurs, unique activity purveyors—help us create your journey and make it authentic.
It’s what we do. And we love it! We put it all together in a written proposal that you can pore over, decide what you like, ask for more detail or different ideas, in order to refine your trip exactly as you envision and within your budget. Then we sign a contract in which we commit to delivering what we have proposed and in which you commit, for example, to the payment schedule.

We finalize all the arrangements, prepare a detailed itinerary for you, and off you GO!, to garner memories of a lifetime. And we remain in touch, always available, to answer questions, provide an additional activity, or resolve issues should any arise.

No worries! We are here to help. It’s what we do. Your job is to relax and enjoy!!
And then…once you are home, we prepare a final accounting and ask you for your feedback. It’s how we learn to provide better and better service. We may even ask you to share a few photos with us, if you will.
